The --no-force-conflicts option cancels the effect of the --force-conflicts option wherever it appears on the command line (before or after the --force-conflicts). It prevents the installation of packages if a package that is already installed is in conflict with the package you are trying to install.

The --refuse-conflicts is an exact equivalent.
