The --no-force-breaks option cancels the effect of the --force-breaks option wherever it appears on the command line (before or after the --force-breaks). It prevents the installation of packages if a package that is already installed is marked as breaking the package to be installed. Such packages can still be unpacked though.

The --refuse-breaks is an exact equivalent.
