wpkg --vendor

When the libdebpackages is compiled, it uses a vendor string definition that depends on the provider of the packager library. This vendor information can be determined using the --vendor command line option.

The current primary vendor string is: m2osw.

wpkg returns the vendor string by printing it in your console and returning.

Note that it is also possible to get the vendor string in a control file using the vendor() function in an expression.
