Control File: unexpected operator "ne" or "any"

The system should not generate these errors because it should not allow the "ne" and "any" operators in a Dependencies. However, if that happens it is because it is trying to display said operator and it cannot since these are not legal in a control file.

This is considered a system software bug so all you can do is report this error and as much as possible share the data you are working with for us to determine the problem and fix it.
