Control File: invalid Boolean field

The value of a Boolean field in a control file is either "Yes" or "No". Any other value is likely to cause this error unless defined as supported by the field.

Note that there is one very special field, DM-Upload-Allowed, which could be considered Boolean but really only supports "Yes'.

At this point, the only supported Boolean field is Essential. We may also add an X-Hold field at some point, as a status.
