wpkg
Wpkg is a Unix like packager working under MS-Windows
running in the MSYS environment and making use of GnuWin32 packages.
If you already know dpkg (or rpm), then you already know most of what
needs to be known to use wpkg.
The following documentation presents wpkg.
How it works, what it is intended for, how to use it and why it's good for
